My Story
Hi! I’m Aarushi Koshal — a student, mentor, and passionate advocate for girls in STEM. I’ve wanted to go into the medical field for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been working toward that dream by volunteering at the Mayo Clinic for the past three years and participating in medical competitions like HOSA. Along the way, I realized how important it is to create opportunities for young women to learn, lead, and feel supported, which inspired me to become president of HER4HER, a club at my school dedicated to empowering girls.

Through these experiences — and by seeing the many women in my life, including my mom, who didn’t get a proper education simply because they were girls — I realized how important it is to create opportunities for young women to learn, lead, and feel seen. That’s why I started EmpowerHER Mentors: to help girls believe in their power and build the confidence to chase their dreams fearlessly.
My Mission
To empower girls to lead with purpose, confidence, and compassion — helping them succeed in school, explore opportunities in STEM, and navigate life with courage and self-belief.
